Wonderful relaxing visit to Seattle

We had such a great time at this rental! I was staying with my 3 children ages 2, 7 and 11. The location was ideal to get to all the fun things downtown and our evenings were spent at Alki beach using every last minute of sun. The condo was well appointed and had everything I needed to make breakfasts and dinners for my crew while they watched kid movies and spread out. The beds are really comfortable but those sheets....they almost made me want to cancel my plans and stay in bed all day! There was shampoo and conditioner and soap and q-tips and cotton balls and loads of towels. I loved that I could wash all the clothes in the laundry so when I got home I just had to put them away! All in all a really amazing and quiet place to stay. I had a car, so I can't speak to public transportation but there were maps and instructions in the condo. The only thing that I would suggest, would be some plastic Ikea cups, plates and utensils, but other than that, I had everything that I needed. Now, some reviewers complained about parking. Yes, it was pretty tight, but there is a spot and after backing out of the driveway once, I got it. I am pretty skilled at driving my minivan backward though. If you had a small sedan, there should be no complaints at all. Unless you bring a suburban, you will be fine. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. We are already missing our beautiful beach nights.

My wife and I and another couple spent a week in the Seattle area sightseeing. We stayed in West Seattle at a town home owned by Jane Moon and Roey Rivney. The property is great and in a great location. Getting to downtown Seattle is an easy 5 minute drive, easy access to interstate 5 and 90.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to the city and the sound.

We all had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Seattle.

Perfect vacation stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is within walking distance of buses that can take you into downtown or around the west Seattle area to explore Alki beach and California Ave. areas. This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean and equipped with anything you might need. We thought is was a good location, being just 10-15 minutes from the city (Pike Place or Needle), near a grocery and lots of good places to eat. Owners were right next door and very helpful with whatever you needed. The only drawback was parking. It was a tight fit in the spot in front of the condo, a small car would work best, but we had a minivan, so we tried to park it on the street.

Way Above Average

We've rented several houses in the past and this one was really nice. It was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. Jane had everything super organized and was very easy to work with. There was plenty of room for us and rather than a bare house, it included many items to make our stay more comfortable (hair dryer, condiments, books, cooking gear, etc.). It was very conveniently located to downtown and also seemed to be in an upscale area of restaurants and businesses.

If there was a downside, it would be the drive into the place. It is very narrow and if you encountered another driver, you end up backing up and out onto the street to allow the other person out. We were lucky that Jane called us a few minutes before a moving truck would have blocked us in our last day there! (Thank you for the call!) Street parking is the alternative but was often a block or so away (plus the walk down the driveway).

Comfortable and Spotlessly Clean

This condo had anything and everything we could possibly have needed. The location was perfect since we could walk to a bus stop and go anywhere. The next time we come, we won't rent a car. Seattle's bus system is fantastic and their buses are the nicest we have ever seen. Having 2 1/2 baths was a real luxury compared to most rentals. Everything was updated and easy to use. The Wifi worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again but we won't bring a car. Getting in and out of the small condo development took real finesse. Jane was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay and will recommend this lovely place to our friends.
