Perfect location, lots of space, great service!

We were a group of 12 women in for a conference, we rented 3 apartments. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the service we received - I would definitely recommend this location and Stay Alfred and would be happy to stay here again!

Best ever!

We stayed a week and the accommodations were great. We had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. The location could not have been better-- it was an easy walk to food, must-sees, groceries and toiletries. Uber made getting around the larger area so easy. Highly recommend Stay Alfred for parties of 3+!

Property is very nice. Cleanliness could be improved on unit.

The location is ideal for taking part in downtown Seattle activities. The security staff was excellent when checking into the unit and helping with late arriving guest. Only issue was with cleanliness of unit, i.e. vacuuming and dusting, but it did not severely impact our stay.

First time VRBO user

This was our first time to use VRBO. The unit we rented was through Stay Alfred. The Stay Alfred people were very nice and responsive to issues, although they did charge for changes (as they advertised they would.) The property concierge was also very helpful. The location was very good, centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The unit furnished extra bags for the trash cans, washer detergent and dishwasher detergent. The main complaint is that the carpets were REALLY dirty and the bedrooms were too light at night from an office building across the street.

Perfect downtown location

The booking process and communication from Stay Alfred was straight forward and easy. The location of the apartment was phenomenal - just a few blocks from Pike's Place Market, the Monorail and the Seattle Center. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed sitting out on the 8th floor shared community patio every evening before dinner. There are grills for use, if you choose, and lots of patio seating if you just want to enjoy a glass of wine. Whole Foods is only 2 blocks away, so it was easy to grab few bottles of wine and food for dinner. The layout of the actual apartment was fine - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. The WiFi worked well, but the TV reception was only mediocre. Unfortunately, despite the great location and ambiance at this location, we were disappointed in how badly our unit smelled of smoke. The unit was non smoking, but it was obvious that the adjoining unit housed some heavy smokers, because the minute we walked into our apartment the smell was significant. It got to the point that on the last night, we couldn't even sleep in the mast bedroom, because the smoke smell was so strong. For the price we were paying per night, we thought that this was unacceptable.
