Cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath single unit located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The space
The unit is located on a corner lot, next to a larger house that has smaller studio apartments. Your unit is in a separate building, has 1 bed, 1 bath and your own parking spot! The bedroom has a king size bed, TV with cable full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, and towels. The couch in the living area is a futon that folds out into a twin sleeper.

The front patio is open to all guests. Outside the back door of your unit, there is an open space as well that is accessible to you.

Great weekend in St Pete

Very clean and very convenient. We had everything we needed, and very close to the volleyball beach and swimming complex. Skylights are a nice touch, especially hanging out in bed and watching it rain in the morning :-). Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
