About this property

Adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome!
Built in 2020, this property is cute and close to everything!
Just a few minutes east of the freeway, it is only 3 minutes from the Shops at South Town Mall and a bunch of amazing places to eat...from fine dining to pubs to fast food! Cinemark theater is also nearby!

Close to ski resorts such as Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and not too far from Snowbasin and Park City! The canyons are also fun to hike and mountain bike if that's what you love! There is a ski rental shop just 3 minutes from our townhouse!

Golf course is just 5 minutes away with golfing range, mini golf and batting cages!

There is a gym at the clubhouse if you want to fit a quick workout in plus lots of walking trails nearby!

Whatever you are doing out this way, our townhouse is clean, cute, well-kept and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests, we think you'll love it!

Beautiful home with beautiful views!

Angie’s place was great! We felt right at home and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect to access any ski resort in the area. Angie was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Angie!

Has everything!

Fabulous townhome with everything we needed during our stay. Close to food, shopping, and easy access to the mountain canyons. Great to come back to after a day on the slopes.
