"apartment very clean and functional , well located near the metro (5 mins walk) and just in front of the bus lines . quiet , and well done. The bedding is really good, our 2 teenagers had their own bed and the rooms were large with enough storage. I recommend this apartment with 2 children ( we have not tested the sofa ) . We just had the hair dryer down. Curtains + blinds to sleep. Jennifer the owner ( we have not met , just called is really friendly ) Welcome by the Housekeeper was very accommodating for our departure as we had our late flight ."

appartement très propre et fonctionnel , bien situé à proximité du métro (5 mn a pied) et juste en face des lignes de bus. tranquille, et bien aménagé. La literie est vraiment de bonne qualité, nos 2 adolescents avaient chacun leur lit et les chambres étaient bien assez grandes avec du rangement. Je recommande cet appartement avec 2 enfants (nous n'avons pas testé le sofa). Nous avions juste le sèche cheveux en panne. Des rideaux + store pour dormir. Jennifer la propriétaire (que nous n'avons pas rencontré, juste appelé est vraiment sympathique) Accueil par le Housekeeper qui a été très arrangeant pour notre départ car nous avions notre avion tard.
Family Holiday NYC
This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed throughout with all the conveniences we required for a self contained stay. The location was also ideal with excellent restaurants close by and easy access to subway. We definitely would (and have already) recommended to family and friends.
The apartment was as described, perhaps slightly smaller than appeared in the pictures. Definitely a squeeze for 6 adults but adequate for 4. Well located, close to transportation, and clean it served our purposes well A big plus was housekeeping allowing us to drop our luggage prior to official check in and on the other end keeping our possessions safe after check out. Blinds in 1 of the bedrooms did fall requiring a fix it which was brought to housekeeping attention. All in all I would recommend.
Apartment Met Our Expectations
Our family of four recently spent one week in apartment 3F. This was our first time renting an apartment instead of a hotel room or a timeshare unit and we are definitely sold on the idea that this is a way to get a lot of value for your travel dollars. The apartment was clean, spacious, relatively quiet (for NYC) and full of amenities. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having access to a full kitchen. Transportation was simple as it was a 10-minute walk to the subway station on 96th street and from there we could take the 4,5, or 6 line and get just about anywhere we wanted to go in the city. A couple of times we wished to take a taxi and we were able to step out onto 2nd Avenue and quickly catch a taxi. I will say that there was a bit of travel time to get into the tourist destinations in Midtown or Downtown, but we actually enjoyed being out of the "thick of it" because it was nice to exit all of that after a day of overstimulation and return to a more residential neighborhood.
On the occasions when we wanted to eat out, a Subway and McDonald's were around the corner, as was a drugstore and grocery store. Within a 15-minute walk we were able to find some great restaurants. We really enjoyed eating at The Barking Dog (1678 3rd Ave) and Three Guys (960 Madison Ave #1), both of which we highly recommend. This selection is clean, well-appointed, and in a good location.
This apartment is in a convenient location. We stayed in apartment 3F with 4 adults and 1 child, and felt like there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were a great size for NY; only one had a closet. It was great to be able to cook our own breakfast of a morning, and then spend the whole day in and around the city. The location is fantastic, with the subway being a short walk away (and on the line that runs straight down to grand central) and the neighbourhood felt very safe as well. Good suggestions for places to eat are provided in the apartment if you don't want to TripAdvisor/yelp it. Parking garage is right next door, which is a bonus. The building is secure, elevator worked perfect, and the sounds of the city were surprisingly muffled by the windows. We would stay here again, location is great!
Family of 5 and stayed here 5 nights. Good location in upper east did- away from the main bustle but only 5 minute walk to subway and 10 minutes to Central Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment clean and well presented. Would recommend this apartment - ideal for 4 people but sofa easily converts to bed too.
