Monte Paraiso is Playa Hermosa’s most prestigious gated community of million-dollar homes. The beautifully landscaped development features solid paved roads, underground utilities, 24/7 security and backup pressurized water system.
Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
Guests have private access to the entire home.

The main floor has a beautiful open living and kitchen area opens to the large pool deck. Each of the 3 bedrooms, including a main floor bedroom, have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The second floor also has a large den with workstation & printer, plus a 55" Smart TV.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
