Sitting on the high point of a 26.82-acre property with wildlife, you will get to admire 360-degree views of gorgeous mature live oaks, fantastic sunsets, and lighting shows. This splendid home with a Mediterranean flair is located almost 1/4 mile off of the main highway, so road noise is virtually non-existent. You are approximately four miles away from the city limit and within a short drive of fantastic local attractions, including Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Flat Rock Park, Riverhill Country Club, Cailloux Theater, Kerr Arts & Cultural Center, Louise Hays Park, The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens, and Singing Water Vineyards.

When it comes to outdoor living, this family-friendly home away from home boasts an extensive back patio that leads you to the pool area. Enjoy refreshing splashes in your very own outdoor pool with a jetted spa and then unwind underneath the sun-screened pergola with the waterfall splashing down, adding a relaxing touch. The patio also provides you with a picnic table and a gas grill - the ideal setting for summertime barbecues with the family!

Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace right next to the main dining area, ideal for formal meals. As you continue, the main living space will appear before your eyes. It boasts a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Curl up on the inviting, large sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening watching your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The second wood-burning fireplace adds a nice, toasty touch. The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight with modern, stainless steel appliances and granite and silestone countertops. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room, featuring a stacked washer/dryer that will make laundry a breeze. Additional perks you will find on this level include a desk in the kitchen and a fitness machine.

Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include the primary suite and a second bedroom. The primary suite is spacious and features a crib, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, access to the back patio, and an exquisite, luxe en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, two separate vanities, a gigantic walk-in closet, and a dual-head shower. The second floor enjoys two additional bedrooms and inside the bunk bedroom, you will discover an entertaining home theatre!

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
