This casita is located conveniently close to all of those events and more! Less than 10 miles away from popular San Antonio attractions: The Riverwalk, The Pearl Brewery, The Alamo, etc. This casita offers 2 bedrooms ( 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & 1 queen air mattress) & 2 full baths. A unique kitchen and living room space for ample entertainment! This neighborhood is a eclectic and diverse place with people of all nationalities living and working amongst each other in this community.
There is always a possibility for noise, given that we're in a downtown neighborhood. There is also always a possibility for crime just like in any neighborhood or city. We recommend you lock, take and hide items in your vehicle. As well as lock the front and side doors while you're staying here.
During Spurs games, especially after a WINNING game, this neighborhood is very passionate about their spurs and might yell and honk horns to show their enthusiasm. Police patrol and show their presence in this area very often due to it being so close to the At&t Center. We are close with the surrounding neighbors who all keep an eye out for each other. You might or might not see the occasional homeless person(s) walk past this house. If they see you outside they may ask for money. We ask that you please not donate to them on the property. You may also encounter stray dogs and stray cats walking around. We hope you feel comfortable at this casita, but want you to be aware it is in a developing area inside a large metropolitan city.
