This home comes with a dock on the creek with attached floating dock for crabbing or just hanging out. Comfortably accommodates up to 8 people!

All rooms have a TV with Roku Streaming included with your favorite streaming apps and live tv. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds and the kid's bedroom has one twin bed along with a full bed. All bedrooms have a full bathroom. Take the afternoon off and enjoy the spacious sunroom with family and friends. First floor garage with parking space and a picnic table.

The View:
A large, attached deck to the house is easily accessed through the kitchen and living room and has a propane grill and great view of the ocean creek.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
