This immaculate home is perfect for couples or families. The lush tropical backyard with the private pool is perfect for relaxing. It is solar powered so, unlike most other rentals in this neighborhood there is no charge for your electricity usage.

Wonderful neighborhood that consists of some full time residents and some weekenders from San Jose. The residents are all very kind and will make you feel welcome in their community.
This is for the entire house. You also will enjoy access to all of the subdivision's amenities - two resort style swimming pools, bbq area, rancho.
This is very special home that offers an amazing backyard oasis with a private pool and also is solar powered so your electricity bill during your stay will be a mere fraction of any of the other houses in this community.
You will probably want to rent a car. Public bus transportation is available in Costa Rica and very reliable and affordable if that suites you. There is a bus stop about 1/4 mile from the subdivision.

Great house! Super comfortable

Me and my family stayed in this place only for two nights, but we definitely will be back as soon as we can. The house is better than the pictures. It has everything you need. The pool is great, it is walking distance de the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioner. The only negative thing is that the house has a very nice grill, but it doesn’t work very well. We weren’t able to light all the burners in order to cook what we had, so we used the kitchen oven instead. Other than that, I fully recommend this place.
