Modern renovated ski house 5 minutes from the base of Stratton Mountain. Beautiful and comfortable interior design with plenty of room for friends and/or family.

Spacious open kitchen/dining/living room. Hot tub on the back deck. Massive TV in large living room with oversized custom L shape couch. Electric fireplace. TV in almost every room. VERY comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets. All new appliances in kitchen. Brand new renovated basement with 2 bedroom, bathroom with heated floor, and gym.

My wife and I always wanted a ski house right off the access road of Stratton Mountain as she loves to ski and I love to snowboard. We bought this classic 80s ski house in 2000 and renovated the entire house to create our dream home. Living in NYC, this has been the most incredible weekend escape for time in nature, hosting friends, and now it has been a space to bring our 4 month old to enjoy the surrounding trees. We LOVE staying in this house and know that you will too!

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted to be a short drive to Stratton Mountain base area. I gre up with a condo on the mountain and now I get to have a place of my own to bring my kid to.

What makes this property unique

The modern ski house interior design is unlike most ski houses in the area. We put a lot of thought and love into each bedroom and space within the house.
