It has a totally equipped Kitchen, towels & linens, Wi-Fi and TVs. The owner lives in unit next door at the right side of the house, it has no access to the amenities. Parking allowed only the left side of the driveway (right one for the owner), the street parking is not allowed.

A Propane BBQ Grills add to the culinary possibilities. An additional outdoor table with six chairs is strategically placed on the patio, offering a delightful view of the pool. Pool is Not heated.
Convenience meets practicality with a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, situated on the left side of the pool area in the patio.
There is a Ring Camera next to the front door for your and our security. There are two independent studio units on the right side of the house, they don't have access to the the unit amenities. Parking only at the left side of the driveway, the street parking and at the right-side driveway is not allowed.

Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a highchair for kids.
As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
