Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the back patio overlooking the heated pool. Feel free to use any of the beach/pool equipment for your convenience. We hope you will love this home as much as we do!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.

Soccer tournament

We went down to Sarasota for our granddaughter’s soccer tournament and stayed at this little VRBO. The host were very sweet and easy to get ahold of.

Not Happy

Arrival we noticed the next door neighbors had trash all over the side of their house and were not very clean people. Second our kids caught 2 lizards in the bedroo room as soon as we checked in. I yhought no big deal its Florida. Until that night when we pulled back the covers and there was a dried up dead lizard, yuck. We had to wash the sheets. Third the freezer doesnt work properly we couldnt keep ice cream or pop cicles frozen. Fourth the master bedroom was a garage and is a different temperature from the rest of the house. Fourth the tile work in both bathrooms were slapped together by an amateur grout all over and looks very unprofessional. One of the two bathrooms is so small you cant turn around hardly and the other the vanity was cheap and beat up, not like the pictures. Fith the pool are was cluttered full of all the people's worn left over pool toys baby swings. Suggestion throw it away. The outside table and chairs was rusty were the leggs were starting to fall apart. The outside wicker furniture coushions were so thin and not comfortable, they would continually slide off. The end table was broken and put back together like nothing happened, as soon as i placed my drink on it the leg fell of and my drinks spilled over. I will say the couch is very comfortable.
