The Casa Linda water park includes a pool with swim-up bar, jet tub, lazy river and a kids zone equipped with water slides, boats, water activities and a playground...Within the Casa Linda Welcome Center is the front desk, Castaway's Clubhouse & Eatery and the Roadside Market...Besides the water park and Welcome Center, also within the Casa Linda amenities phase is a beautiful cascading waterfall, mini golf, tennis court, shuffleboard and a walking/jogging trail...If CASA COCO-FIESTA is not available for your desired dates, it would be a pleasure for CASA COCO to send links showing other options that are available. 🌴CASA COCO-FIESTA maximum nightly occupancy is 12 adults + children. Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy

🌴There is a $30 nightly utilities fee which includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet cable as well as an endless supply of bottled water attached to all CASA COCO-FIESTA bookings that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival

🌴$100 REFUNDABLE key/towel deposit is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival and returned prior to departure once keys and towels are accounted for...Missing or damaged key $11 US, Missing or damaged hand towel $10 US, Missing or damaged bath towel $15 US & missing or damaged pool towel $20 US
