This space is a cute and updated apartment downtown Boyne City. We’ve recently updated everything and with new paint on the walls it feels like a brand new home. The building is a triplex with three total apartments. Each unit has its own entrance and there are no shared spaces other than the parking area. We have a small deck with chairs, facing Main St., perfect for the morning coffee or evening wine! You’ll hear live music playing during the summer evenings right from the covered porch.
