The DownTown Ace is a family owned home with lots of thought put into the experience we want to offer our guests. We pride ourselves on the inviting space we provide through offering luxury amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, abundantly stocked coffee bar, toiletries upon arrival, several family oriented games, and so much more! We want you to feel like you have walked into your home away from home!

The DownTown Ace is a 1200 sq ft two story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom w/ a 2 car garage and ample extra parking in the driveway. Our home has a split floor plan w/ an oversized master suite, making it perfect for couples, families, or even groups up to 6 people. Every room is equipped with a smart TV, to include complimentary WI-FI w/ high speed internet coverage and over 1,000 per paid channels.

The master suite offers an oversized space w/ a lush king sized bed (sleeps 2) and features world class linens selectively chosen for comfort, as well as an extra nook area upon entry and a dedicated play area for the kids. The master suite is exclusively situated on the upper level, enjoy the privacy of the entire upper level. The second guest bedroom located on the lower level boasts a delightful queen bed (sleeps 2). The third guest bedroom also on the lower level encompasses two twin size beds (sleeps 2).

Upon entry to the home the living room calls your name with its chic sitting area, gorgeous velvet sofa, and 55” smart TV. Feel free to relax and kick back with your favorite movie or help yourself to our assortment of games for families and couples located in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential items, to include a coffee bar, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, and other additional amenities.

Our laundry area includes a washer/dryer, along with complimentary Tide pods for your stay. You will also find an iron and ironing board, in case you decide to hit the course.

Our 2 car garage is perfect for storing any of your golf equipment, bikes, or outdoor equipment. In addition, you will find a ping pong table, golf putter mat, magnetic dart board, life size Jenga, and various other games. We also offer an outdoor patio area w/ a BBQ and a fire pit.
