Beds for eight persons. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with shower.

Best location in Reykjavik. Even though it is downtown Reykjavik it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Only few steps away from shops, bars and restaurants.

Large dining table that can be extended for 14 persons.

The kitchen is very well equipped.

Clean, spacious, perfectly located.

We had 7 guys stay here in February 2017. The apartment was clean, perfectly located (you can walk anywhere in town from here), and plenty of room for all of us. Three outdoor spaces would probably get more use in summer, but we still appreciated them. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and we'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Reykjavik with a similarly sized group.

Fabulous apartment

I came here with 4 of my friends for my 30th birthday, aging from mid 20's to early 40's. The apartment is stunning, in a great location with lots of space. All of us were blown away with the interior. We were met by the owners on arrival. We gave them a text on the 2nd day to ask a question, we received a quick and helpful reply. Wifi is of good quality and fast. Barely a 5min walk to the main shopping street/coach terminal. Great value. Really couldnt ask for more. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

Awesome

What a fantastic place!

We were a family of 7 with an extra 2 friends and not once did this place feel small. There was so much space that we really felt we could be together and apart all at the same time

3 very good size bedrooms, balconies on every corner and plenty of seating this made such a great base for exploring Reykjavik. You are a 5-10 minute walk from supermarkets, the port, centre of town and all the shops so getting places wasnt an issue. There was a small lift if you had travellers with prams or were less mobile and there was a lovely view of the streets (not amazing but sweet)

Couldnt have asked for more (actually some more mugs, but this is hardly the end of the world!)

A real home away from home

We are a family of 4 adults who could not have wished for a more perfect home away from home whilst visiting Iceland. This property is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It is ideally located, being only minutes walk to the main streets of Reykjavik. Tour companies were happy to pick us up and return us to the door. Visiting in the heart of winter, it was great to have a big, cosy living area and well appointed kitchen. Having two spacious bathrooms was a real bonus, especially after a long day out in the cold. We had been travelling for several weeks when we arrived - I never thought I would be so glad to see a washing machine and drier! Comfortable beds, quality furnishings and good quality appliances made this property excellent value for money. Lovely Christmas decorations made us feel at home and the large windows were ideal for viewing the New Year fireworks. Audur and Burgur were very pleasant to deal with, even collecting us from the bus station on arrival.

We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Perfect place for a large family group

My extended family stayed in this apartment and found it met our needs very well. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. With two downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs bedroom plus a separate television nook with a sofabed, we all (Icelandic grandmother with two adult American children and their families, six people total) all slept very well. Everyone commented that the beds were especially comfortable. Grandmother especially appreciated the elevator in the building. We were able to entertain many friends and relatives in the large common area and reasonably well-equipped kitchen. We did have difficulty adjusting to using the induction cooktop, having never used one before. We also really appreciated the parking space in the garage under the building, although we had some difficulty maneuvering our large SUV in the small garage. There was a lot of tourist information provided to help plan activities. We mostly interacted with Bergur who was very responsive and helpful, including allowing us to take possession soon after our early morning arrival in Iceland. We would definitely stay here again.
