Please note that this is a private residence owned by the Elser and not managed by the Elser Hotel. Consequently, cleaning services are provided only upon check-out.

Our guests will enjoy access to a variety of high-end amenities:

• A magnificent rooftop offering an incredible view of the bay.
• Pool.
• Two story Gym. All brand new 2022 Technogym equipment.
• Poolside bar and restaurant.
• Communal BBQ.
• Paid valet parking: $50.00 Daily. (There are plenty of other options around the area at a lower cost.)
• There is a daily Resort Fee of $65.54. (This Payment has to be made at the front desk upon check-in)

Please note that all guests must register upon arrival, and provide full names and IDs of all guests entering the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Miami, the hippest Central Business District with lots of restaurants, bars, parks and entertainment venues. You will be close to everything including Brickell, Midtown and Wynwood. Public transportation is very convenient and easy to get to or from this property. In addition, just minutes away from Bayside maktplace, where you will find over 100 stores, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Live entertainment daily with some of Miami´s best bands.

Getting Around:
You will find a bus stop just a block away, also being in town is very convenient for using platforms like Uber and Lyft, getting to your destination is quick and easy.

To get from the Port of Miami to the property you have to take the Port of Miami tunnel and go straight across the MacArthur Causeway bridge and then keep right, then take Biscayne Blvd and you will find the property.

To reach the property from the airport, you must take exit 2-3-4 Avenue and keep right. Continue on Florida 112 to the MacArthur 2A exit and Moore Park Stadium turn right and continue until you reach the property, 20 minutes drive and you will reach your destination.

Please note that valet parking is available at the property for $50 (Tax included).

Upon your arrival at the building, please note the following:

• There is a daily Resort Fee of $65.54. This Payment must be made at the front desk upon check-in.

• On-site Valet parking is available for $50.00 daily. (There are plenty of other options around the area at a lower cost).

• Please note that during the check-in process, the building reception will request a credit card as a guarantee in case of any property damage or violation of any rules.

• Please be aware that any additional hospitality services provided by the building, that are not included in our standard offering, will result in an extra cost.
