Completely renovated kitchen!!! This spacious five bedroom home with a private pool is located less than two blocks to the beach, and is surrounded by magnificent oaks and tropical landscape. With multiple living areas, decks, and porches there is plenty of room for comfort for all! Enjoy the beautiful Charleston evenings with the convenience of a gas grill and a private pool located right in the yard (heating for pool and hot tub NOT available). Other features include a fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens and dishwasher, an ice machine, dish network television, smart tv in den downstairs, , sonos stereo sound system, and a large tub in the master bath. 3,242 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Great Family Vacation Home
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week with our family (six people in total) and had a fantastic time. Close to the beach, spacious (sleeps up to 10), two den/entertainment areas (upstairs and downstairs) and a beautifully redone new kitchen area. Two refrigerators (one downstairs and one upstairs) and an ice machine (key for a beach trip). Landscaping and outdoor decking is top notch. Pool provides great relaxation after a day on the beach. Sonos audio system. Working grill, beach games and a couple of bikes provided by owners. Island Realty very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun vacation spot on Isle of Palms.

Satisfied for the most part
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few dings in the stay, but it was mostly a good experience. There are a lot of steps! Pool was kept very nice although one day they had to shock the pool so not swimming for in it for 24 hours. I don't see how we could have gotten 6 cars in the driveway. We had 4 cars and it was tight. Master Bedroom mattress very soft! It was a maze to find what switches turned on what lights, etc. Some jigsaw puzzles had missing pieces, but that wasn't part of the deal anyhow. All in all, a nice place to stay! I would recommend it. We called maintenance 2 times and promptly responded and took care of the situations!

It's about a 3 block walk to the ocean, but we rented a golf cart. The walk wasn't bad at all, though. The pool is nice and mostly shaded. Great parking. Quiet street. The house is tasteful and comfortable with great WiFi, AC, etc.

The house was beautiful, beds comfortable with plenty of space for multiple couples or a large family. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely rent this house again. Island reality great to deal with very responsive and friendly. Easy check in and out.
