Your vacation will be lavash in this newly renovated home. From its gorgeous decor to its great outdoor space, you will feel like you are in a state of euphoria.

As you walk through the front door, you will be welcomed with an open concept living room/kitchen area with fun pops of color and unique Galveston themed fixtures. Taking a few minutes to sit on the cozy couches and chat when you arrive feels like a must!

The gorgeous kitchen offers Quartz countertops and a clean neutral tiled backsplash. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, full-sized refrigerator and all the cookware needed to prepare a 5-course meal. Plenty of counterspace for helping hands in the kitchen.

If a good night’s sleep is what you are after, you will be pleasantly surprised when you have multiple spaces to choose from. The primary bedroom comes with a luscious Queen-sized bed, and a tv for a quiet movie night in. The secondary bedroom provides a Twin over Full bunk bed and a cute little board game area for the kids. The living room offers a twin sleeper sofa that will give you easy access to the kitchen for a midnight snack!

The shared bathroom with its walk-in shower and fun tile will give you a sense of serenity at the end of a long day.

The outdoor space is a social butterflies dream! From the picnic area to the fire pit, you are given tons of space to sit and have a few laughs while reminiscing about your trip to the beach. Talking about the beach, the shared outdoor shower comes in handy when your feet are covered in sand after a long day!

Parking is gated for 1 vehicle but offers additional parking in front of the home.

Las Palmas is a 2-unit property. Las Palmas A is the upper unit that is wheelchair accessible. Unit B is the lower unit and is available to be rented with unit A per availability. Please inquire.
