Townhouse is located right next door to Camelback Ski Mountain/Waterpark,CBK Adventure Park so there is no need to drive to enjoy these activities. Short drives take you to many attractions The Poconos have to offer. Location allows you to get on Route 80 in 15 minutes.

Overall stay was good
Great Location. Nice Amenities. Amazing views. Close to Everything (Shopping, Restaurants, Waterparks, Rafting, etc.....).
* Main Area (Living Room & Dining Room) was really nice.
* Great lighting from the deck into Living Room.
* A/C worked great in every room.
* Kitchen & Bedrooms downstairs needs some TLC and updates. Carpets were stained throughout. All Outlets need to be replaced. Cleaning service does a basic surface cleaning. When moving some furniture around in Living Room & Bedroom, we found candy & food from previous guests. Towels were worn & had holes in bedding. Only 2 burners worked on Stove. Pans were dented. Microwave handle was broken. No lint trap in dryer.

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed my house and the location.The towels and sheets that i provide in my homes are washed after every checkout which is like every 2-3 days during the peak seasons so the fabrics can seem to fade a little quicker then towels and sheets in a private home.I have 3 sheet sets and 2 comforters per bed in all my homes and i keep about 40 towels and wash clothes per house as well,i do ask my cleaning service to throw out any towels or sheets that may look worn out but most of the towels in that house are new and sheet sets i replace if any rips or holes do happen.I did have the cleaning lady meet you at the house to give you brand new towels and sheet sets that i do keep on hand at my homes but you instead on buying new towels and sheets.I did go over everything myself and i only noticed a brand new comforter that did have a hole in it due to someone ironing on it because i noticed burnt marks on its edges so i did replace that comforter.The outlets in my house was changed during renovation and i never had any issues with them,the outlets are child proof and they have a protective piece that needs to be slid to the side as you plug something in so maybe you just weren't use to that.All the burners on the stove work perfectly fine,it is a electric stove and the top burners have a plug that must of came loose by previous guest or the cleaning service.It was a very quick fix and if you would have gave me call i would of sent someone to take care of it for you,all the pots and pans were replaced 2 years ago and i never had any complaints about the pots and pans being a little dented.These are rental homes and i deal with many people and sometimes things are not treated like it would be treated in your own home.The rugs are cleaned every 4 months by pros and a heavy cleaning is done as well.Finding wrappers behind heavy furniture which usually isn't moved by the cleaners does happen just like in any home but when i do check on my homes i check myself and take care of whats needed.No Dressers or couches should be moved around by any guest anyway.Thank You
Summer Camelback Mountain Getaway
Great property. Rustic decor really gives you the feeling you are staying in a mountain cabin vs. a townhome on the slopes. Very close to all the summertime attractions Camelback Resort has to offer.
