Our guests have access to the Roof - top with stunning sunset views of the city. At the top of the building it provides an ideal vantage point to witness panoramic views of La Paz as the sun sets on the horizon.

Stepping up to the roof top, you'll find a spacious, well-designed area dedicated to outdoor cooking and entertaining. The rest area is carefully designed with high quality furniture and ample preparation space.It is equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils to ensure a delicious cooking experience.

The rooftop also has a guest bathroom and we can provide our guests with a cooler for their refreshing drinks.

To be able to use the grill it is necessary to reserve in advance with our staff. The grill uses charcoal and must be purchased by guests.

The Malecón of La Paz is one of the icons of the city. For locals and visitors, the boardwalk is the ideal place to meet, walk, exercise or simply enjoy the dazzling colors that the sunsets offer. Kayaking and stand up paddle tennis are some of the best activities to do in La Paz because they allow you to enjoy the crystal clear waters. I recommend renting them directly from Harker Board, located on the boardwalk.
Transportation options available in La Paz include private transportation such as Uber, DiDi although sometimes there are not many options available, we suggest using the In Driver application.

Taxis and bike rental services are also a good option.

The building has designated parking spaces for each apartment, you will be provided with a control upon arrival to open the electric gate and you will only be able to use the space designated for the apartment you rented.

Directions
Pineda Suites is just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. The best way to get there is along Revolucion or Madero streets.
From La Paz airport it is approximately 20 minutes by taxi or you can rent a car and use the parking lot.
From Los Cabos International Airport it is 2 and a half hours driving, we can get you a private driver or you can take the shuttle. Renting a car is also recommended to explore.
