- MASTER BEDROOM: A beautiful master bedroom with super comfortable king-size bedding and an ensuite bathroom. You will find a large Smart TV in the master bedroom with Netflix and Amazon pre-installed. The master bedroom can be operated as an independent lockoff unit with its own private kitchen and bathroom.
- GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom is equipped with two matrimonial beds which can sleep up to four people. In the guest bedroom you will also find a large Smart TV with various applications pre-installed. The guest bedroom has its own private access to the terrace.
- OPEN PLAN KITCHEN: Fully equipped and modern open plan kitchen with all amenities you may need to cook at home. If you plan to cook at home, you will find what you need in the kitchen. A brand new American fridge is also available so you will have plenty of space to store drinks and food at home. We can provide recommendations of chefs to cook at home if you like. The Chedraui - a large supermarket - is a just a few minutes away from Palais.
- PRIVATE TERRACE: right by the living room, you will have access to a large terrace facing nature and some beautiful trees in front of you. The view from up there is super relaxing and the vibe is very peaceful. You will enjoy relaxing on the terrace for a coffee in the morning or for a cocktail in the evening.

The residence Palais Tulum also offers fantastic shared amenities such as a fitness center, multiple rooftop pools, and communal gardens. Parking spaces are available right in front of the residence for our guests. Reception during the day and night time security is present on site.

BEACHES NEARBY - For those seeking leisure and relaxation, the pristine beaches of Tulum beckon you just a few minutes away. The Playa Mirador is a few minutes away, as well as Playa Paraiso which is now only available by car passing by the entrance of Tulum and via the Tulum ruins. We can send you plenty of options of beach clubs and restaurants where you can hang out for a beach day.

1) For easy access to Palais Tulum, please follow the directions on any navigation application. However avoid going through the small unpaved roads which take you all the way back. Palais Tulum is easily accessible from Coba Avenida, this is the most convenient and fastest path.
