2000 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with pool
The home is laid out in a 'U' shape with kitchen/living room and bedrooms looking out into the pool. The bedrooms consist of the following: 1 large king bedroom with couch and connected bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 double bed with connected bathroom (shower), and 1 (2) twin beds with connected bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has their own closets. There is also an additional guest bathroom at the entry way of the home. The large open area of the house consists of the kitchen with island, dining table and living room. Outside there is a pool and upstairs deck area with seating covered by canopy. There is a washer and dryer and renter's closet located in the 2 car garage. Renters are provided with linens, towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, Wifi connection, cable television, and portable BBQ. House cleaning service is provided and frequency determined based on length of booked stay.

About the Owner
Our family of 3 took a trip to Costa Rica in 2006. We explored all areas of the country and really liked the beach areas. We purchased the house in 2007 and have been able to visit frequently since then. We really enjoy the Pura Vida lifestyle Costa Rica has to offer. We also enjoy surfing Playa Bejuco and the nearby beaches offer some great waves.

Definitely come back again!
Our first time visiting Costa Rica and this house is just a perfect home away from home. The house is well kept inside and out and richly decorated. It’s in a quiet cul-de-sac and Mother Nature is your backyard. We were greeted every morning with the beautiful sounds of the birds and resident Iguanas soaking up the rays by the sidewalk (already missing that). If you wake up early enough, you could catch a few falcons just as the sun rises. We love the dining spot on the balcony and the sunset view is a must see. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect to cool down in. This time of the year, we had several thunderstorms but only enough to cool down the heat and catch several rainbows. The management team and the facility maintenance crew are attentive and very helpful. Their recommendations for dining and sightseeing are spot on. The house is within walking distance to an amazing beach. The town center right across the main highway has a small market and several great eating places, all in walking distance. Bejuco is a perfect mid-point between several amazing towns in both directions but just quiet enough to be away from the tourist buzz. The information provided by the owner was tremendously helpful and I highly recommend you reading it before the trip so you are well prepared. We love this trip and the accommodation, thank you for sharing your home with us.
Best trip and stay ever
1st time in Costa Rica and took the gf and friends. I'm always cautious when going overseas and not knowing the country, people, accompanying, roads, food, etc.... This trip was awesome from day 1. We stayed in this beautiful rental home which was about 1.5hrs from airport. The drive was along the scenic coast and was breathtaking. The home has everything you can ask for, clean in and out, and the private complex has vip service. The house is 500 ft from the beach and near 3 beach cities that you can easily drive too. .. Overall I totally recommend this house and everything the Ticos have to offer.. Pura Vida!
Nice condo away from the hustle and bustle
We spend 10 wonderful days in this condo with our family of 5. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, nice little pool to relax after a day of activities. The complex is located in a more rural area, which we liked. Therefore, in my opinion a car is a must. There is a public bus stop within a walking distance at the main road if you are inclined to travel this way. The near-by village of Parrita is about 12 km south where you can find a bank ATM, grocery stores, bakeries, drug store and more. Very friendly people. It is good if you can speak some Spanish because very few people we met spoke English. Thankfully our oldest daughter is fluent in Spanish. We made daily trips to Manuel Antonio, Dominical, Jaco without having to pay the premium rates for accommodation in these places. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we had a great time.
The owner of the condo has prepared a detailed written guide we found very handy. He is excellent with communicating via emails. Payment details were clearly stated and all went smoothly. The staff at the EcoVida were really friendly and promptly responded to our calls. Will definitely stay here again.
We Loved This House
This house is well maintained, beautiful and just a short walk to a spectacular beach. We enjoyed our daily walks along the ocean, playing in the waves and watching the surfers. Neighbours in this community are very friendly and helpful. Because it is situated almost halfway between Jaco and Quepos, there are many activities to enjoy and all within an easy drive. Maxipalli grocery stores are easy to find and for those who like their barbeque, we found an excellent butcher shop in Quepos called the "Meat House." The owner is looking to purchase a new barbeque as the present one is very small. The weather is also worth mentioning. Sunny and hot with blue skies everyday! We were thankful for the private pool and used it frequently. The owner also provides a detailed information package which proved invaluable. We loved our stay and would re-book without hesitation.
Great Place to Live
Property was in very good condition. Everything was as advertised. We had stayed in Costa del Sol three other years at another property. Tried to get this one but was not available for the times we wanted. Started earlier this year (and next). Now we hope to stay here Feb/Mar every year for the next ten years if we can. This property is good and the people you meet here are fantastic. The beach is not to be beat anywhere unless you just have to have white sand - it is limestone and volcanic in origin so darker - miles of it to walk on mostly flat and wide. Wish we could buy a place like this. The owner and property manager are the best. Both have great ideas for things to do, places to go, restaurants etc. Wish I was there now but good things have to end (until next year).
Relaxing & tranquil, yet fun for the whole family!
This was our second time staying at the house! We stayed for nearly a month each time. The pictures the owner posted are very accurate. The house is in great shape and simply furnished. You have the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. The Wi-Fi and cable allow you to keep I touch with the rest of the world (although the Costa Rican lifestyle might make you just want to stay). The pool at the house is nice and cool (you will understand how nice this is once you are there). Very fun to have the pool to jump I and cool off. There are also nice large pools at the front of the complex that you can enjoy and make some new friends while you are there.
The Costa Del Sol community is made up of full time residents from all over the world and a handful of renters. The community is very welcoming to guests and encourage the guess to take part in the Sunday Funday potluck down at the beach.
The beach is about 1/4 of a mile from the entrance to the Costa Del Sol community. We spent hours down on the beach with boards or just with chairs! The beach is long and flat. Great for families to enjoy the sun & surf.
The owners provide a wonderful packet of information to make navigating the surrounding areas much easier. Marvin, the property manager is a wealth of information.

“We explored much of Costa Rica before purchasing this house. Although there are so many beautiful areas of Costa Rica, we were attracted to this location because it is walking distance to the beach and central to other popular areas of the country. We can spend days poolside or at the beach, head to Playa Hermosa and Playa Jaco for shopping and food, take a day trip south to Manuel Antonio National Park, or even an overnight trip north to Tamarindo or Lake Arenal. There is also a wonderful sense of community between the full/part residents, tourists, and locals (Ticos) at Costa del Sol.”
Activity and Interests
Casa 82 is located in the complex of Costa del Sol consisting of 127 homes. There is a swimming pool and portable BBQ at the house. There is also a community swimming pool, large BBQ with eating area, and tennis court near the entrance of the complex. The complex is 300 meters from Playa Bejuco. Playa Bejuco has miles of beach perfect for surfing, swimming, fishing, leisurely walking, jogging, running, horseback riding, tanning, and beach BBQs. Costa Rica is filled with leisure and adventure activities such as spa treatments, kayaking, water repelling, zip lining, ATV tours, horseback tours, deep fishing tours, hiking, white water rafting, crocodile/bird tours, and more. You will be welcomed and connected with our property manager who can set these tours up for you. There are a few restaurants at the nearby hotels that are within walking distance. The town of Playa Hermosa and Playa Jaco are 30 minutes away and are filled with numerous restaurants and bars, tourist shopping, and other attractions.
