POOL/SPA HEAT - If you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay or on specific days please let us know at least 48hrs in advance to have it scheduled. The pool heater will be set to 85 degrees. Pool may take up to 24hrs to fully reach desired temperature.

HEATING CHARGES - Pool heating (all day): $80 additional per day will be applied at checkout

ESSENTIALS - Home is equipped with all the essentials, including high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Our kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even some spices, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

We provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Washer and dryer area is also equipped with starter laundry soap, so you can easily refresh your clothes during your stay.

UTILITIES - All utilities other than pool / spa heating are included with short term stays. If you are booking a longer stay (28 days +) utilities will be your responsibility and billed after check out.

SECURITY CAMERAS - Two front security camera outside above the garage door and side of the house facing the front main street. There are no cameras inside or any other area of the home. These cameras are only for security purposes when the place is vacant.

PETS - We allows pet dogs up to 25lbs, to ensure the absolute satisfaction of our future guests, a one-time deep cleaning fee of $200 in addition to the standard cleaning fee will be applied to your bookings at checkout.

Other things to note

City of Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals and a zero-tolerance policy for any type of amplified music played outdoors or indoors that can be heard outdoors. This regulation applies to every short-term rental property within the city of Palm Springs. If there is a complaint to the city by a neighbor and a compliance officer is dispatched to the home, the contracted renter will receive a $500 citation from the City of Palm Springs. This would also result in the renters being evicted with no refund.

Gardners & Pool Maintenance - to keep the property nice for all we have gardeners (Thursday AM) and Pool Cleaning (Thursday & Monday AM). They will clean for about 30 min and will be out of your way.
