This stunning 2 bed/2 bath loft that comfortably sleeps 4 is a perfect place for anyone looking for a modern and comfortable living space. The loft boasts a spacious area that maximizes natural light with high ceilings and quaint views of Baylen Street.

This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and large flat screen TVs. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable King sized beds and luxury linens. Each bedroom is equipped with wall mounted flat screen TVs of which you can log in to your own personal streaming services.

This unit is one of multiple Brent Lofts, all located on the 3rd floor of the recently renovated historic Brent building. All units on the 3rd floor have shared access to the Sky Lounge and Fitness center. Yale Accentra lock system provides access via smart phone app, which is downloaded prior to arrival and uses Bluetooth technology. Check-In is typically considered "contactless", but a member of mgmt can be present if guest desires. The ground floor entrance directly accesses Palafox Street, home of various bars, shops, restaurants, parades and festivals. Just steps away is the Saturday Farmer's Market with dozens of vendors offering fresh produce, local art, souvenirs, and more. Perfect for vacations, wedding parties, business trips, or even stay-cations! Immerse yourself in the full Pensacola experience with the Brent Lofts.

-Parking in the back lot is not management by us, but validation can be purchased through us at a discount of $15/night/car. Contact mgmt directly (not Premium Parking) to set this up. If you fail to set this up before your arrival, you may be subject to market rates.

Beautiful 5-Star Loft in Heart of Pensacola

Annual visit

We travel from St. Louis to Pensacola several times a year and usually stay in the beach area. This time we tried the downtown area. We loved it!! We stay here again.

Exceptional loft; great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out first stay at the Brent Lofts and it won't be the last. We stayed in two different lofts (reason below) and they were both literally brand new. The loft is a renovation an an old office building and they did a spectacular job. Modern appointments, comfortable beds, great appliances the list goes on. Really, really great. The location can't be beat. Right downtown on Palafox St close to many restaurants and bars if that's your thing. Our first unit was on Palafox St and I happened to book our stay on the one night a month they close Palafox to pedestrian traffic and turn it into a party - literally. The noise went deep into the night (2 AM) and made sleep nearly impossible. I talked to the hosts the next morning and the offered to move us. We were moved to a unit on the backside of the property and we slept comfortably the last two nights with no noise to speak of. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful. Truly top-notch.
