This 15th-floor beachfront condo offers the complete package for carefree coastal living. Along with spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, you'll also be able to take advantage of the resort's on-site amenity offerings including two outdoor pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, a game room, and a fitness center.

This condo is the perfect spot to experience the best of the local cuisine, with many of the area's favorite restaurants located within walking distance. Saint Andrews State Park, local marinas, Zoo World, and golf courses are all just moments away.

The condo itself enjoys a welcoming living area with a TV and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay, a well-equipped kitchen with all the major appliances and essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces and beach snacks, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
The private beach access and hot tub are currently closed. However, the beach can be accessed next door at Schooners, and both pools are open.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
