Hi, I'm Karen and I live in Silicon Valley. We've owned Bear Pine Lodge for many years and our family has spent 100s of hours skiing, swimming, hiking and loving the area. Some of our favorite memories occurred at this house. I hope you and your family and friends enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We own in the Tahoe Donner community because it's centrally located to 6 ski resorts within 25 minutes. It's the closest community to the Bay Area, making travel so much easier - especially heading home. We're in love with the recreation fitness center, which boasts many classes, a huge weight room, 2 swimming pools and a sauna - making it one of the most impressive clubs in the region. Less than 10 minutes from the house is the small Tahoe Donner Skiway, where many non-skiing friends as well as their children learned to ski affordably on its friendly slopes. All around the house are +60 miles of hiking and MTB trails. Vibrant downtown Truckee is minutes away. This area offers the BEST of Tahoe!

In the winter, the heat is powerful; and in the summer the surrounding pine trees keep things cool.
We're on a quiet street. We can fit multiple cars in the garage and driveway.
We love that the Hot Tub is positioned about 30 feet away from the house - It gives us unique tranquility away from the household noise.
