About the host
Hosted by Dena and Darren
We are couple who LOVE restoring historic homes in Downtown Wilmington. We never create cookie-cutter homes. We save as many of the original characteristics of the home as we can. One day, we hope to finish our "forever home" in Downtown Wilmington so we can be back full-time! Until then, we live during the week in Raleigh-Durham and weekends in Wilmington.

We LOVE how close it is to the Cargo District (literally...2 blocks away) where you have restaurants, "drinkeries", shopping and it is full of small business owners.
What makes this property unique
All the amenities of home with a fully renovated kitchen and baths, walkability to The Cargo District, FREE parking for up to 3 cars, fire pit, gas grill, and furr babies are welcome with NO PET FEES or DEPOSITS EVER!!!!!
