About this property

This custom home was built for the previous owners of our business and is located at the north east corner of our property with ample parking and conveniently located near First Monday, Splash Kingdom, Golf courses, Walmart, Downtown Canton restaurants and shopping.

Living area, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook with vaulted ceiling and knotty pine are warm and welcoming.

Comfortable furnishings, 4 power recliners in sofa and loveseat, 2 wingback chairs and dining table in open living room. 50 in Smart TV, WiFi. Washer/ Dryer in laundry room.
2 bedrooms with 2 full beds in each, luxurious linens, pillows and cooling gel memory foam mattresses. Lamps are touch censored with 3 light settings and usb ports.
2 full bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with large walk in shower. Plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toothpaste provided. Hair dyers in each bathroom.

Nicely landscaped yard has outdoor patio with table, chairs, rope lighting and electric grill. Covered parking

Amazing Time

We had the BEST time at the Eason House! It was perfect for what we needed. A Girls Trip to Canton! It was cute and cozy and Dorie and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Great Location for First Monday Trade Days

The host was gracious and made our stay very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the split floor plan is a great set up. We were close to grocery stores and took us less than five minutes to get to the fairground. We will definitely book here again!

We live on a ranch in Canton with horses, chickens, cattle and other critters. We have two homes that we VRBO, one in Canton and one in Mineola on Lake Holbrook. I love sharing these homes with our guests and making their stays relaxing, homey and comfortable.
