Nestled in a tranquil canyon, it is just a short 4-minute walk to the top of Main Street. It's a quick 5-minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley. An exceptional spot for skiing, snowshoeing, shopping, and dining on Main Street. Awesome location.

LIFT ACCESS:
The Town Lift is the closest option, while both PCMR and Deer Valley are just a 5-minute drive away (traffic-dependent). For expert skiers comfortable walking in their boots, there's an option to walk to the slopes through the neighborhood, but this is NOT recommended for kids or those less confident walking in boots in icy conditions on hills.

LIVING AREA:
The main floor boasts a spacious living room with ample windows, featuring a gas and wood fireplace—a welcoming gathering spot for your whole crew.

KITCHEN:
The well-appointed, fully stocked kitchen features top-tier appliances, including a stove, oven, steam oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a coffee maker. Spices are on hand for your culinary adventures. There's also a smart speaker connected via Bluetooth.

DINING AREA:
A dining table seating 6, plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOM SUITES:

Primary Suite: King bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a Japanese soaking tub, walk-in rainfall shower with steam, dual vanity, toilet & bidet, walk-in closet, washer, and dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of windows with blackout curtains. This suite occupies the entire upstairs.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, vanity, and closet. Located on the main level.

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a closet. Located on the main level.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom 1: Located in the primary suite with a soaking tub, steam shower with rainfall showerhead, dual vanity, toilet, and bidet. Upstairs with the primary bedroom.

Bathroom 2: Located in the guest suite 1 with a shower and bathtub. On the main floor.

Bathroom 3: A half bath with a sink and toilet. Guest bedroom 2 typically uses this bathroom but can shower in one of the others. Located on the main floor.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Upstairs in the walk-in closet off the primary bedroom, you'll find a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer, a fold-down ironing board, and an iron.

OUTDOOR DECK:
Two decks – one off the living room area with a hot tub and another off the kitchen area with a gas BBQ.
