Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. Nicely decorated and fully furnished duplex near the desirable Biltmore neighborhood. This beautiful apartment has covered parking, custom concrete countertops, private back yard, large front yard, proximity to great shopping and restaurants, and located near a freeway for easy access to all parts of the Valley. Located near the Phoenix Mountains Preserve with plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. Spend some time in our two lovely patios and yards and enjoy our lovely Phoenix weather! We recently added an EV charger which can charge your Tesla and most other EVs.

Great location!

Stay was great, very conveniently located. Host very responsive with questions & wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

We both grew up in this neighborhood, and love the area. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and easy and quick access to all parts of the Valley of the Sun!

This property is in the perfect location, and is very spacious and comfortable. This will be your "home away from home." There are lovely back and front yards and patios to enjoy our wonderful weather. Let your friends or family relax in the privacy of a roomy, fully equipped home and outdoor spaces for your Phoenix getaway. We also have EV charging available in the covered carport for your convenience.
