Bridge Street is a vibrant and iconic area on Anna Maria Island, known for its lively atmosphere and charming coastal vibes that derive from the local restaurants, boutiques, locally themed Putt-Putt course, and shops you can find here. Enjoy fishing? Walk down to the pier where you can pick up bait and enjoy fishing at the end of the pier! Looking for something fun and exciting to do, book one of the amazing excursions operating out of the Bradenton Beach Marina.

When walking into the property you will immediately notice the open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room, and living room all together with a beachy vibe. The living room boasts plenty of seating so everyone can grab a seat around the Smart TV and watch all your favorite shows or movies. Through there, the kitchen comes equipped with will all new appliances and everything you will need to make your favorite home cooked meals. Nestled next to the kitchen, the dining room accommodates a table for six. Just outside of these spaces, you will find the screened-in patio with seating options for those calm summer nights to take all your stress away with the coastal breeze.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? Kick back and relax in bedroom 1 where you will have the comfort of a queen bed, fan, and mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom can sleep 4 guests with 2 twin-sized beds on the bottom and a lofted Full-sized bed on top. Need more room? Pull out the Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and take advantage of having the best TV in the house. Both guest bathrooms are located just outside the bedrooms in the hallway. Washer and Dryer located inside the unit as well and are available for guest use!

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
