All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor along with the 2 full bathrooms - one at the top of the stairs, and the other accessible through the master bedroom. The half bath is located on the main floor near the kitchen.

Although the house is a 3 level single family home, there is no access to the basement and garage as they are spaces which are not included in this listing (no one will be present in either of those spaces during your stay).

The house is around 4.5 miles (10 minute drive) from Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 2.5 miles (7 minute drive) from the Silver line Metro - Innovation Center Metro Station.

The neighborhood is directly connected to the W&OD trail for quick access to a great biking, running, and walking trail.

Safeway and Food Lion are 1 mile away for quick access. Wegmans, Trader Joes, and Costco are all just a 10-15 minute drive as well.

If you like to cook, the following appliances, in addition to the standard kitchen appliances, are at your disposal: Ninja blender, Cold Press Juicer, air fryer, toaster oven, pressure cooker, and Anova sous vide with a polyurethane bin for the water bath.

Numerous breweries are very close and some top wineries are a short drive away.
