Beautiful walking neighborhood, but only several miles to the large hospitals, Forest Park, Tower Grove Park and downtown.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 furnished bedrooms and an additional bedroom that can be used for office work/ workout room, or for a guest. The bedroom in the lower level is spacious and has a small couch, desk, double bed and mini-fridge for private living.
