You’ll enjoy the beautiful white sands of the beach which is just a short walk away. Lounge by our large, private pool if that's more your thing. We're in a gated neighborhood in the heart of Destin and close to all the attractions like fresh seafood restaurants and markets for the gourmet cook, Silver Sands Outlets, The Commons and Grand Blvd shopping, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, spas, nail salons, world class golf courses, chartered fishing trips, and pontoon boat and wave runner rentals. There is something for EVERYONE! If staying in is what you crave, we have a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen table seats 6 comfortably with 3 stools at the bar and a 2 stool bistro table. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious den with 2 couches and 2 chairs for relaxing after a day in the sun. We have a neighborhood clubhouse with all the amenities. The clubhouse has a movie theater, fitness center, 2 spas, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, kids play area, community pool, and cabana grill. There is a small airport in Destin and larger airports in Fort Walton and Panama City. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Events or onsite parties are strictly prohibited. Give us a look!
