Why they chose this property
Praha 10 - Zahradni Mesto translates into English as Prague 10 - Garden City. The streets in our neighborhood all bear names of plants, flowers and fruits. It is a safe, peaceful, quiet residential area with a big advantage: you are 21 mins away from the historic city center but away from the noise, loud party places and overcrowded streets. Make the most of your stay in Prague and after sightseeing and exploring the city during the day, return to "your" apartment to relax.
Another great thing about our location is access to public transportation. You have access to virtually all transportation means: trams, buses, metro (subway), even train connections. The nearest bus & tram stop is only 2 mins and is called Zahradni Mesto. The nearest train station is Praha Zahradni Mesto. The nearest metro (subway) station is Skalka (green line A which takes you directly to the city center).
Walking distance from this apartment, you will find a small shopping mall with Albert grocery store (open 7 am to 8 pm), Rossmann drugstore, Pepco clothing and home goods store, ATM machines, Ceska sporitelna bank branch, two gyms (Kentoya and Victory), restaurants offering Czech and Chinese food and a cafe with coffee and freshly made yummy cakes.
Two tram stops away (or a 15min walk), you will find a large shopping mall Vivo with even more stores and services: Dr. Max pharmacy, McDonald's, Tchibo clothing and cafe, Pepco clothing and home goods, Tedi home goods, post office, DM drugstore, wine shop, Datart electronics, bookstore, hairdresser, flower shop, Premiere Cinemas movie theatre, Form Factory gym, Herba healthfood store, nail spa, dental cleaning services, Saunia sauna complex.

Our apartment comes fully equipped and offers privacy - the apartment is fully yours, not to be shared with anyone else. It is large in size so it can accommodate not only a couple but even 4 to 6 persons. There are two separate bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The 5th or 6th person can sleep on a foldable sofa bed in the living room. It is about you, your preferences and the size of your family.
For visitors arriving by car, a big advantage is that we offer a private off-street gated parking on premises at no additional cost. This is something very hard to find in the capital of Prague.
