The large king bedroom and sitting area has comfortable seating, a kitchenette with sink, convection microwave oven, cooktop, fridge, and brand new large ensuite bathroom with a separate free-standing tub and large shower. What makes the Loft so unique is the rooftop deck with a gas fire-pit and Barbecue, fridge & sink, and Adirondack chairs. We affectionately call the upper deck “Vesuvius” after a famous rooftop bar in Carmel, California where guests can enjoy the cool tropical breezes while gazing at the stars.

The 1 bedroom and1 bath Marine Loft private residences are located just steps away from the Coconut Palm Inn resort's 450 feet of private beachfront, pool, and dockage. While staying in the Marine Loft guests will be able to enjoy all of the amenities the Inn has to offer and all the benefits of staying in a wonderful vacation home tucked away in the historic Tavernier neighborhood. The Marine House and Loft can be combined into the "Marine Compound" or the even large Coconut Palm Inn Compund to offer a truly unique experience for large groups.
