About this property

Gorgeous, historic, beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom/1 bath home located in the historic district of Lumpkin Hill, with hardwood floors throughout. Roku TV in both bedrooms and in the kitchenette. Family room with a queen sized pull out couch, also equipped with a Roku TV. Park the car and take a short 5 minute walk to the ECO Greenway trail system, or to Downtown Rome, where you will find many cafes, boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, and bars on Broad Street. The Roman Chariot passes by on the weekends and will pick you up and drop you off! A short drive will take you to the picturesque Berry College, Braves Stadium, and Cave Spring, a cute little town that is great for antiquing!

My husband enjoys a variety of sports, coached his son's soccer teams for many years, and is the muscle for our rehab projects. We both love local music and rehabbing houses!

This is an old, historic neighborhood, located on one of the seven hills. It is close enough to enjoy all the amenities of being downtown, without being downtown!
