Monte Seco is a local neighborhood of mixed housing located just as you enter Playas del Coco.  A large grocery & goods store (Maxi Pali) is at the entrance to the neighborhood, as well as several restaurants and another large grocery store closeby.  Just 1.5km to the start of Coco's main street where you'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the neighborhood and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

The condo has an open living space with a high top table and u-shaped kitchen. The bedrooms are set on either side of the condo, providing excellent privacy. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, closet and patio doors that open to the private terrace. The condo sits alongside a covered community seating area and overlooks the community pool, which is set just one level down.

Note that there are two sets of stairs from the parking level to the condo, and another set of stairs down to the pool.
