We purchased the Timberline Motel in 2021 and have completely renovated the entire property—now known as The Timberline. We wanted to create a friendly, comfortable place for our guests and a happy and fulfilling work environment for our team members. We love Leadville and are excited to share this special place with you!

Why they chose this property

We lived in Denver and wanted a life change for ourselves and our two young boys. Mick has a career in construction that he put to work renovating the property; Nell manages digital development and marketing, and she handles all the business operations. This was meant to be a short-term "break" for us, and we planned to move back to Denver after renovations. We quickly fell hard in love with Leadville and are now here to stay!
