This hybrid-electric bus is an easy way to get from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Center City, with stops in central locations. It runs every 20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on nights and weekends. $2.20 each way.

**Timely Checkouts:**
Unauthorized late checkouts incur a $125 fee. Checkout is at 11 AM. For late checkout requests, please inquire, and we'll accommodate if possible. Please return keys to their original pickup location.
**Smoking:**
No smoking inside; clean up all traces of outdoor smoking to avoid additional charges for cleanup.
**Towels + Linens:**
Use towels and linens responsibly; stains or damages may incur replacement fees. Do not use towels provided outside the residence.
**Units Left Extremely Dirty:**
Units requiring deep cleaning due to excessive mess or damage will be charged accordingly.
**Damage Policy:**
Any damage to property or items will be charged at replacement value plus handling fees. Criminal charges may apply in severe cases.
**Mattresses and Bedding Damage:**
Damage to bedding due to oils, makeup, etc., may result in cleaning or replacement fees up to $250.
**Maintenance Issues:**
For maintenance needs, contact us. For emergencies, dial 911 first, then inform us.
**Pets:**
We allow up to two pets (cats/dogs) with approval before arrival (one-time pet fee applies). Pets must be up-to-date on shots, leashed outside, waste promptly disposed of, and owners are responsible for any damages caused.
