Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short walk or bike ride (.5 miles). The club has a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor dining options, and direct access to the beach.

About the unit:
With a recent renovation, our beach house is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and an array of kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Rooms:
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with high-quality bedding, an attached bathroom, a smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Suitable for two guests.

The secondary bedroom features a twin and queen-sized bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three guests. There is also an adjoining bathroom.

The dining area is spacious and has a large table that seats six. The adjoining living room has comfortable seating and a pullout sofa bed to accommodate two more guests.

Step outside to the patio area and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the golf course. Atlantic Dunes is only a 5-8 minute walk from the condo.

This property offers fantastic amenities, including tennis courts and a swimming pool. ***(4) cruiser bikes (in fair condition) and beach chairs are onsite at the property for guests enjoyment at no extra charge.***

If you're looking to explore the Sea Pines Resort, you'll be glad to know that the complimentary Sea Pines trolley runs all day. This can take you to many popular destinations.

Please note that pets are welcome but there is a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet per stay (maximum two pets), applicable to both service and non-service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Your understanding is appreciated.
