House Rules

No Smoking... There shall be no smoking inside of the duplex. Extra cleaning fees may apply to remove odor and stains up to $500.00.

Smoking Area… There is a designated smoking area on the front porch.

No access to the basement... Basement is a restricted area... Violators will be asked to vacate the unit.

No kids... (under the age of 16) will operate the washer and dryer.

Lost items… Any items left behind at the duplex can be shipped for $50.00 plus the shipping cost… Please check the unit before leaving.

Pets are welcome… There is a $100.00 pet fee per pet with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Check in and Check out… Check in is at 12pm thru 10pm (1200-2200)

Check out is 12pm (1200) If you leave after 12pm there will be a $100.00 fee… There is no late check-outs but you can request to book for an extra day.

No Events… No baby showers/bridal showers/bachelor parties/bachelorette parties/sorority events/horoscope events/birthday parties/retirement parties/girls night/sports events… GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE DUPLEX IMMEDIATELY AND POLICE WILL BE CALL IF REFUSED… This is a small unit that is not functional to hold any type of event.

No Drugs….If guess are suspected of using any illegal drugs, the police will be called and GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACTE THE DUPLEX.
