There's a BBQ and a gazebo in the private back yard. The house even comes with a couple of bicycles for you to ride around.

By the way; we furnish the bikes and as many as you need.
Sit on the front porch, have your coffee and enjoy the view of the beautiful park across the street.
This house has been recently renovated to be period correct but with with all modern conveniences. It's basically a 'brand new' antique house.

This is a really nice bungalow. It is very comfortable and completely updated. We are here for a 2 week training session and it has worked great for us. The property manager Dene and his cousin (the property owner) have been very accommodating and helpful…..even giving us some free Diamonback tickets!! We had one very minor issue and there were on it immediately. Problem solved!! I have recommended the property to our parent company when they have other training sessions in town.
Very comfortable house
This house was very well remodeled with modern kitchen and bath. Bed was super comfortable as well as the love seat and chair. Loved the kitchen breakfast bar, excellent lighting (especially bedside and chair side reading lights), the wooden blinds, shower, and the front porch which was a great place to read or use laptop. The street was quiet, especially for being so close to major streets and I-10. The owner was very friendly and informative about the area. We spent 3 weeks here and had a very enjoyable time which included golfing, hiking at South Mountain, museums, treks outside the city (drive the Apache Trail!). i would stay here again.

A great place to stay in Phoenix
This charming bungalow has a convenient, central location in Phoenix within walking distance to downtown, museums, restaurants, parks, library, YMCA, attractive neighborhoods, and other cultural sites. We especially enjoyed the Heard Museum and Irish Cultural Center. Conveniently there is a park and Safeway supermarket, as well as McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway, Walgreen's, etc. across the street from the bungalow. The house is clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen is modern, and well stocked with cookware and dishes, very nice stove/oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom is also well-maintained. The manager (Dene) and landlord are very responsive to your needs to help insure that you will have a very pleasant, memorable vacation in Phoenix. I would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay while you visit the city of Phoenix.
Spring training baseball 2015
The Bleeker Bungalow was an outstanding value and a perfect location for exploring the Valley of the Sun! Clean, comfortable, cozy and modern!
It was a one minute walk across a city park to a Safeway grocery store or McDonald’s. There were many more restaurants within a short walk or drive. Mother Bunch’s Brew Pub was 4 minutes away. This trip was actually timed!
This place has easy access (less than 2 minutes) to I-10 & I-17. Downtown Phoenix ballparks and attractions are less than 10 minutes away. Very convenient!
We did have some cable TV issues but the landlord was right on it & the problem was quickly addressed.
You can’t beat this central location. I would definitely stay here again!
Trustworthy landlord that communicates well
We had to cancel our trip at the last minute, so I cannot speak to the property itself.
However, I can say with confidence that the landlord is trustworthy, communicates well, and is someone I would want to deal with in the future.
I reserved the house and submitted the rent without a written agreement; something I normally do not do. As our circumstances changed, Dene was available and responsive to us by phone and email. He kept our verbal agreement and treated us in a fair and professional manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

What a wonderful home, Clean, Easy Access, Grounds are Beautiful, Warm & Fuzzy we felt at home. and plan to stay there again The owners have done a fabulous job remolding this home
