Excellent central location very near I-10. This is absolutely the most bang for your buck for lodging anywhere near Downtown, Uptown or Central Phoenix.

Cozy bungalow in great location

Our family of 3 spent 1 week exploring Phoenix and adjacencies over the Holidays. This house is close to the airport and to Rt 10 exits which was convenient as we wanted to explore North and South. The Phoenix Art Museum is just a few blocks away as well as other areas of interest. The house was recently remodeled and has several modern amenities such as great oven and laundry area. The owner lives next door and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the garden with citric fruits and herbs. Safeway, McDonalds and Starbucks are just a few steps away. We had a great experience overall.

Great house in a great location

House was in a great location in Phoenix for us, easy access to the freeways and convenient to local grocery and restaurants. Front porch is very nice and comfortable. With 2 young kids the bedroom with twin beds was great and the master bed was comfortable. House was kept up great and had been updated very nice. Owner is very responsive and owns several houses on the street.

Great little house in a great location!

This is a true gem! First, Dene reached out to me shortly after booking to go over the house, the features (including bikes!), and an overview of the neighborhood. When we arrived, check in was easy, and the house was not only super clean, but also decorated for the holidays. I was traveling with my husband and two kids, so the two rooms - one with a queen and one with two twins - was just perfect. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything has been modernized, and the utensils and pots and pans were top notch. The washer and dryer were new and worked perfectly.

And the location! If you're familiar with Phoenix, you know that this house is super centrally located, whether your exploring the city on foot or in a car. Even though it is very close to I-10, there was no noise at all. You can walk to the downtown arts district (just under a mile), or if you want to head uptown, the walk to the light rail is about 10 minutes. Overall, a wonderful place with a wonderful host. I will certainly be back.

Great Location, Very Nice House, Had a great week!

The house was Clean, updated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we wanted. The grocery store was literally across the street to make things easy. Easy access to highways and convention center. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heart beat. Thanks Dene for being an honest landlord.

Really Nice!!

This is a really nice bungalow. It is very comfortable and completely updated. We are here for a 2 week training session and it has worked great for us. The property manager Dene and his cousin (the property owner) have been very accommodating and helpful…..even giving us some free Diamonback tickets!! We had one very minor issue and there were on it immediately. Problem solved!! I have recommended the property to our parent company when they have other training sessions in town.

Very comfortable house

This house was very well remodeled with modern kitchen and bath. Bed was super comfortable as well as the love seat and chair. Loved the kitchen breakfast bar, excellent lighting (especially bedside and chair side reading lights), the wooden blinds, shower, and the front porch which was a great place to read or use laptop. The street was quiet, especially for being so close to major streets and I-10. The owner was very friendly and informative about the area. We spent 3 weeks here and had a very enjoyable time which included golfing, hiking at South Mountain, museums, treks outside the city (drive the Apache Trail!). i would stay here again.

Thank you for rehabbing this place so well and providing extra touches.
