About this space
Located off the happening yet chill Fitzhugh Rd, the guest house is beautiful, with high ceilings and windows that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing and spacious feel. Situated in the TX Hill Country, you'll be surrounded by nature and have easy access to wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, and more. Downtown Austin is less than 20 miles away, making it ideal for those seeking a little peace and quiet outside the city's hustle and bustle.
The space
This lovely guest house situated in the hill country boasts two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. It is fully furnished and comes with a well-stocked kitchen. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, and an armoire with a small smart TV. The full bathroom is right opposite the main bedroom and is always stocked with fabulous toiletries from our travels or Sephora points! The artsy and fun second bedroom comes with a full-size bed, a chest of drawers, and an attached half bath.

In the storage closet off the kitchen are two full-size blow-up mattresses for additional folks and extra pillows. In the armoires in both bedrooms, you'll find sheets and plenty of extra blankets, quilts, etc.

The kitchen has pots, pans, olive oil, spices, and much more to cook fabulous meals or something quick and easy. Please let me know if you need something that you can not find. Coffee is always provided.

The living room has a big and cozy bean bag, an excellent option for napping and watching your shows on the smart TV. There is also a ping pong table for those looking for some competitive fun!

We have a fantastic study/office for you for anyone needing to get some work done. It has a lovely large desk, plenty of pens, notebook paper, a stapler, etc. It's a great place to focus and be creative!

The guest house also has a Peloton with adjustable toe cages for those wanting to ride. You'll need your login for a class, or you can ride freely!
You'll find a mini trampoline in the hall between the main bedroom and full bath - always a fun way to get going in the morning!

The laundry room is behind the door between the main bedroom and the full bath. You'll find a stackable washer and dryer, laundry detergent and bounce here. This is where the iron and ironing board live, as well. Lastly, a rolling garment rack for hanging clothes and hangers, as neither bedroom has an actual closet. A second rolling rack can be found in the storage closet off the kitchen. Both bedrooms have plenty of drawers to store clothing and other items.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access all of the guest house and fenced-in patio area, as well as three spaces on-site for parking.

Other things to note
Pet fee - a one-time $30 non-refundable fee per dog. Two dog maximum. I may bend on three depending on the situation. Just ask!

No cats allowed - sorry!
