You will be close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shopping, and amazing attractions, including Gruene Hall, McKenna Children's Museum, Fischer Park, Landa Park, Texas Ski Ranch, Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo, ZDT's Amusement Park, Starcke Park Golf Course, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and Buc-ee's.

During your stay, you'll have access to a wealth of community amenities that make everyday life feel like a resort vacation, including an outdoor resort-style pool (perfect for those sunny Texas days), an entertaining bar and grill area, a covered lounge area, yard games, and an on-site dog park.

The condo's open floor plan creates a sense of spaciousness with high ceilings and natural finishes giving each room a warm and inviting ambiance. Spread out comfortably in the living area while streaming shows or watching a movie on the cable-equipped smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen complete with all stainless steel appliances will have your back whenever mealtime comes around. The bedroom has a smart TV for added entertainment, and the spacious, pristine bathroom provides additional convenience. More perks include a private balcony and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
