ARROWHEAD LAKE RENTAL POLICY
**Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community which provides added safety
**GUEST REGISTRATION: These fees are not included in Airbnb nightly rate. Detailed instructions will be provided following booking and guests are responsible for community fees.
Gate keys are $20 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee $35.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP PASSES: Passes are required for guests 6+ and they give you access to the wide array of community amenities. Fees ensure that the community maintains its beauty, safety & security. Passes are $6/person per day ages 6+
Cancelled trips 3+ days prior to arrival will receive a refund of their Arrowhead Lake registration fees.
Please note the community is closed to the public & any vehicles not included with your rental registration.
NOISE: Please be considerate of neighbors.
NO parties or events to be held at the chalet. Loud music/noise past 9pm may be reported to security if bothersome.
TRASH: A trash & recycling center is located inside the Main Gate behind Member Services. We ask that you drop off trash before leaving - the trash center is a drive through, manned with someone to assist with drop off.
Also NO Smoking please!
