Important Considerations:
*Altitude and Weather: Our lodge sits at an elevation of over 10,000 feet. Please ensure this altitude and variable weather conditions are suitable for you and your group before booking. Adequate hydration, sunscreen, and consuming alcohol in moderation are essential for a great experience.

*Vehicle Requirements: From November through May, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with appropriate snow tires or chains is REQUIRED. Roads to access the lodge are plowed and maintained, but please be prepared. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather; consider travel insurance for coverage.

*Cell Service: Minimal cell service is available in the neighborhood. Save our directions before reaching Fairplay, as GPS and communication may be limited once off the highway. WiFi calls/iMessages work via Starlink WiFi once connected.

*Water System: Our lodge operates on a well water system. Water may have variable taste, smell, or mineral content but is safe to drink and use. Water conservation is appreciated.

*Wildlife Awareness: Wildlife encounters are common on the property. Please keep a close watch on pets and children.

*No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted at the lodge.

*Fire Regulations: Per Park County regulations, no ember-producing outdoor fires are allowed on the premises.
