Villa Norma Nellie (Owner's Mom) is located in Central Jaco about a 2 minute walk to both the Beach & Main Street where you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, ice cream & coffee shops and much more. It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cocal Casino and only about a 6 minute to the main area where many of the best bars/disco's are located.

This is one of the nicest and most modern/luxurious houses in all of Jaco. Don't miss staying here as it will make your vacation a trip of a lifetime. ALL tours, airport transfers (unless renting cars), boats, and services (NO MINIMUM REQUIRED) must ALL be booked with our co-hosts Jaco Party Rentals Customer Service after you book. If this is not complied with you will not receive the FREE 24 HOUR DOORMAN, 2 AIRPORT TRANSFER, 2 FREE MASSAGES & CHEF SERVICE. Also read House Rules on bottom of the Website Page of the House. Note the booking bonus has no cash value.

Note the restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (We will send you a price sheet after you book). If you accept the Free Airport Transfers & Chefs and you wind up not complying with the rules after you arrive you will need to reimburse us for all of the services used.

CHEF SERVICE : Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions above. Groceries and pre-tip ($2 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED - You can add a lunch chef for an extra cost. We will send you menu options after you book to see all of your choices & food costs. Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day & enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more.

NOTE : Groceries / Tip for Chefs ARE NOT Included (We will send menu after you book). Chef Service IS INCLUDED for all Breakfast / Dinners.

Note the average price for a group of 15 for daily breakfast & dinner chef service only is around $235 per day (Groceries and tip not included). So this is a UNBELIEVABLY HUGE SAVINGS for your group!

24 HOUR DOORMAN ($200+ VALUE) - They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave. This gives you great peace of mind as you go back and forth from the house daily to do other activities. Not many houses offer this amenity in Jaco so this is a great perk to have for your vacation.

COFFEE/HOT TEA STATION (PRICELE$$) - We will set this up for you daily from 9am to 5pm at the back bar in the living room so you can enjoy free black coffee & hot tea daily. We will also supply sugar and honey daily too. We will also include 50 tea bag total (not per day) of our choice. No milk included so buy your own if needed.

2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS ($550 VALUE) - 1 Free Airport Transfers from SJO Airport to Jaco & 1 Back ONLY (20 passengers maximum per transfer). We can pick you up in San Jose but there will be an additional cost. All other transfers are NOT included & are a separate cost.
